Come attend the 44th Annual Indiana State University Jazz Festival! You will be able to hear over 20 high school and middle school jazz bands from all over Indiana and eastern Illinois perform and compete in front of a panel of judges. These schools compete for awards and receive a free clinic by one of the judges on the panel. This is a great opportunity for these bands as they are gearing up for ISSMA and State Jazz competitions. At around noon, the Indiana State University Jazz Ensemble performs. This is followed by a clinic for audience members and students alike.

This clinic will be lead by Sean Jones. At the end of the day, we will have our final concert which will feature our guest artist for this year, the Sean Jones Quartet. This is a very well-known quartet that will put on a concert that you surely will not want to miss. For more information on Sean Jones and his quartet, visit www.sean-jones.com.

This event is free and open to the public, this includes the final concert by the Sean Jones Quartet.
